Is about giving you the luxury salon experience but in the comfort of your own home, at a time that works for you.
No more worrying about rushing out and finding parking or having enough time to get back to let the dog out, I bring everything to you.
Rolled out from the Butterflies branding that offers your only the best for your wedding and photoshoots, having the essentials really is just that the essential everyday hairdressing but without the busy salon environment.
Owner Danielle Baker felt everyone should have a little luxury brought into their everyday salon experience but in the comfort of your own home.
With quality professional cruelty free and vegan friendly products, and a stylist who wants whats best for you and your hair.
Why wouldn’t you want to indulge yourself in the Butterflies experience?
Danielle considers herself a ALL INCLUSIVE person meaning no body is singled out and will always aim to support and be guided by you.
There I said it, no judgements, no if, or buts, you want your hair done and want to look and feel fabulous, great me too.
So who can use some of the “essentials” at home – thats just it, EVERYONE!

Valuing the importance of a personalised touch for each one of my clients, this is why I offer just that a one to one service including teaching you how to maintain the look you are after, if you require it the best techniques and the right products for your hair, that way you can recreate and keep that hair looking and feeling fabulous.
Together in a private consultation (via msg, phone, face time or whatsApp, or face to face) we will work out exactly how to make your hair the perfect expression of your own self.
I am also proud to say that I am the only supplier locally who stocks and retails Eleven Australia I was one of the first to take the brand on when they first came to the UK and I have loved and used them personally and professionally ever since, for both the essential hairdressing and when im working in the wedding industry or commercial clients for photoshoots.
And my color work I use Leyton House Professional another cruelty free gem of a brand.
All you have to do is relax and enjoy yourself.
Don’t worry for those of you who still want the freedom of having hair and makeup done for weddings, bridal, photoshoots and events or prom owner Danielle is still able to offer the freelance services on location that was always offered by Butterflies so you can take a breath knowing there is no mad rush of trying to rush trying to time your day around getting anywhere.
(Please note skin testing is required 48 hours before colour services for all clients who have not had a colour with us before)
Cutting hair

Cut and blow-dry £44
A cut personalised for you, and finished with a blow-dry using styling products from the luxury cruelty free range from Eleven Australia
(for regular maintainable hair up to 12 weeks up or up to 1 1/2 inch off)
Restyle, cut and blow-dry £60
A in depth consultation, followed by all thats included in our standard cut and blow-dry including advice, tips and professional tricks and what products will help to maintain and manage your new look yourself.
Best suited for clients who haven’t had their hair cut for over 12 weeks or want a large change and restyle.

Colouring

skin testing is required 48 hours prior to colour services
Colour Full head tint £75.00
Regrowth tint up to 8 weeks £45.00
Regrowth and colour refresh (up to 10 weeks) £55.00
Foils with tint (up to ten foils) £35.00 (£3.50 each foil after)
Full head foils £95.50 for longer/ thicker hair add £15 per extra bowl mixed
Half head foils £80.00 for longer/ thicker hair add £15 per extra bowl mixed
Toner (whilst having a colour service) £25.00
Toner (as a stand alone service with treatment) £40.00
Color correction work starts at £55 per hour for color services then any styling and cutting is added as a extra consultation needed
NOTE ALL COLOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED BY A BLOW DRY TO CHECK FINAL RESULT PRIOR TO LEAVING (rough dries start at £10)
Children’s Hair
